Data Retention Policy

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. If your account remains inactive for a period of 1 years, we reserve the right to delete your personal data or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

Data Deletion and User Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can do this through the following methods:

• In-App Feature: You can delete your account and associated data directly within the app settings by selecting the “Delete Account” option.

• Email Request: You may contact us at karin.k@qsnich.com to request that we delete any information we have collected about you.

Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal information from our records within 90  days, unless we are required to retain it by law.
