2. Measure height, weight and vital signs
3. Check your insurance eligibility, 3^rd floor, Mahitalathibesra Building
4. Receive a ticket with a queue number

• Please bring your appointment slip to the clinic staff from00 am. – 11.00 am.
• We accept walk-ins on Mondays from 8.00am. – 12.00pm.
