Medical Student from Saitama Medical University Joins Elective Rotation at QSNICH
From July 28 to August 8, 2025, Ms. Ayako Yo, a 6th-year medical student from Saitama Medical University, Japan, participated in a clinical elective program at QSNICH. Her rotation included hands-on learning in Neonatology, Infectious Diseases, and Pediatric Cardiology.
On August 1, Dr. Yuto Hori, cardiac surgeon from Saitama Medical University, visited the institutions to observe and evaluate the progress of the participating students during their clinical training.
This exchange program is part of an ongoing collaboration under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Saitama Medical University, the College of Medicine, Rangsit University, and the Clinical Medicine Center at Rajavithi Hospital and Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health. As part of the agreement, two medical students are exchanged annually to promote academic and clinical excellence through international exposure.
