Patients with appointments

1. Please bring your appointment slip to our staff on the 1^st floor, Siam Boromrajakumari Building.
2. Check your insurance eligibility on the 3rd floor, Mahitalathibesra Building.
3. If stool examination/ urine examination/ or blood test is required, please arrive before 7:00 am.
4. Measure height, weight, vital signs on the 11^th floor, Her Majesty the Queen’s 80th Birthday Anniversary Building.
5. Take your queue number ticket at the clinic
