2. Check your insurance eligibility, 3^rd floor, Siam Boromrahakumari Building
3. Measure height, weight, and temperature and get a queue number ticketon the 3^rd floor of Siam Boromrajakumari Building between 7:00 am – 11:00 am. If you came in after 11:00 am, please contact our staff on the 5^th
4. See a doctor at Outpatient Clinic, 3^rd floor, Siam Boromrajakumari Building before being referred to Respiratory Clinic.

3. If your primary doctor is not available on the day of your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment or see another doctor.
